Carrier: DHL. FedEx and UPS also available. Every order includes tracking. International shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
Processing and Lead Time
Goldlip is a handmade workshop. Every piece is made to order, not pulled from stock. The timelines below are our best estimates — they reflect the nature of handcraft and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the workshop's current capacity.

Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority at delivery. They are not included in your order total.
The amount depends on your country and order value. We are not able to predict or pay this on your behalf. If you are unsure what to expect, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns and Refunds
The return window is 3 days from receiving your order. Items must be new, unworn, and unaltered, in original condition, with proof of purchase.
Once authorized, Goldlip will send a prepaid DHL return label. Drop off or schedule pickup within 7 days of authorization. Send your tracking number to us after dropping off.
