Method 1 — Use a ring you already own:
Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres. Match that number to the diameter column in the chart below.

Method 2 — Measure your finger:
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of the finger you will wear the ring on. Mark where it overlaps. Measure that length in millimetres. Divide by 3.14 — that is your inside diameter.

Tips: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger. If you are between sizes, go one size up — especially for wider bands. Contact us if you are unsure and we can advise based on the specific ring.

Including your order number in the subject line allows us to locate your order immediately and process the return faster. We will respond within one business day with next steps.

Your order number appears in your order confirmation email (subject: “Order confirmed”). It is a 4-digit number starting with #. You can also find it in your account under Order History if you have a Goldlip account.

A return shipping fee of USD 100 / EUR 100 is deducted from your refund. This covers the DHL return shipment — we will email you a prepaid DHL label so you do not need to arrange a courier yourself. Simply drop off at your nearest DHL point or schedule a collection within 7 days of receiving the label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of your return showing as delivered. For international payments, allow an additional 10–20 business days for bank processing. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
