All orders ship with tracking. DHL is our default carrier. FedEx and UPS are available on request.

Original shipping cost is not refunded.
After your return is authorized, we email a prepaid DHL label. Drop off or schedule a pickup within 7 days of authorization.
Refund
Issued within 7 business days after we confirm your return has been delivered.
International payment processing adds 10–20 business days beyond that, depending on your bank.
What cannot be returned
Final Sale, Clearance, and items discounted more than 50% are not eligible.
Exception: items that arrive damaged or defective. If your piece arrives with a defect, email info@goldlipjewelry.com immediately.

Goldlip ships from Thailand. Import duties and taxes are charged at destination and are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days to Asia and 15–30 business days to the USA, UK, EU, and Australia. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days to Asia and 5–7 business days to the USA, UK, EU, and Australia.

- Standard shipping is a flat rate: USD 20 to Asia, USD 50 to the USA, UK, EU, and Australia. Express rates are weight-based: USD 100–120 to Asia, USD 140–160 to the USA, UK, EU, and Australia.
- What is the return window?
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- How much does return shipping cost?
- Return shipping costs USD 100 or EUR 100, deducted from your refund. Goldlip sends a prepaid DHL label after authorization. Original shipping is not refunded.
- Are duties and taxes included in the price?
- No. Import duties and taxes are charged at destination by your country’s customs authority and are not included in Goldlip’s prices. Goldlip ships from Thailand.
- How long does order processing take?
